Announcement of some new programmes from Arts Council England and The Big Lottery Fund.

The Creative Employment Programme 

This new Arts Council England programme will support up to 6,500 new apprenticeships, pre-apprenticeships and paid internships (graduate and non-graduate) across the arts and cultural sector, with a focus on the Arts Council’s footprint; music, dance, theatre, literature, visual arts, contemporary craft, combined arts, galleries, circus, carnival arts, museums and libraries.

Two new funding streams from Creative England announced

Creative England, the new organisation which builds on the work of the former Regional Screen Agencies, has opened two new schemes of Lottery funding, delegated from the BFI, to support the development of filmmaking talent in the English regions.
